As the owner of Mega Watt Hour Solar dooel, I lead a pioneering venture in renewable energy, specializing in the production of electric energy from photovoltaic power plants. With a total capacity of 5.4 MW and a robust BESS of 5 MW / 10 MWh, I focus on advancing sustainable energy solutions in Kavadarci, North Macedonia. My role encompasses strategic planning, operational management, and fostering innovation in the solar energy sector.

As the owner of Mega Watt Hour dooel, I led the establishment and management of an EPC company specializing in photovoltaic power systems. I successfully oversaw the installation of 37 MW of renewable energy solutions, ensuring projects met quality standards and deadlines. My role allowed me to develop deep expertise in the energy sector and project execution, contributing to the growth of sustainable energy initiatives in North Macedonia.

Established in 2014, RESOURCE LTDI is independent professional management consultancy company working on renewable energy project development and construction. RESOURCE LTDI has proven capability to deliver a consistently high quality of services mainly in motherland Republic of Macedonia. Our core business is the professional management of the project definition, design and implementation process. RESOURCE LTDI develops projects for funds, private and independent investors. Developing the small hydro power plan ZABA with reference number 254, was began in year 2014 with prospecting the river flow of ZABA which is located in Municipality of Krusevo, village Dolno Divjaci. I have followed the river flow through all-weather seasons and compared with hydrological study of the river to get clear picture of hydro power potential of the river Zaba. In year 2016, the government of Republic of Macedonia put river Zaba on open public call for giving concession for building and operate small hydro power plan Zaba for time period of 23 years where 3 years are planned to build and 20 years to operate the small hydro power plant Zaba with feed it tariff which is guaranteed for the 20 years of the operating the SHPP Zaba. In year 2018, my company after giving the best public offer for building the SHPP Zaba with installed capacity of 230 kW was selected to be the concessioner of this project and we sign the concession agreement on 18.07.2018, and for this purpose we found special purpose vehicle (SPV) AL HIDRO GRUP D.O.O. which have rights on concession. In December/19 we have sold this SPV to a private investor.

This SPV LTDI Energy is founded with purpose to develop Solar Park Vitac with total installed capacity of 2 MWp. Based on previous experience for developing renewable energy project we go through every processes of design and approvals for build this Solar Park. After we got all permits and legal rights this SPV is sold with all legal right to a domestic investor to build and operate this Solar Park Vitac.

Project Boshavica, is public private partnership (PPP) with public partner Vodostopanstvo Tikves and private partner N ENERGY from Macedonia. To goal of the PPP was reconstruction on water intake and open canal that was used for irrigation from 1960 and to build small hydro power plant with total installed capacity of 980 kW. I was appointed on role, project manager from private partner SPV - N ENERGY to generate all necessary permit, approvals and PPA with feed in tariff and to deliver feasibility study and basic project design for the SHPP Bosavica, The project is finished on arranged time and have achieved projected parameters and results.

The Bošava project foresees construction of a system of five small hydro power plants embedded in the irrigation system in the municipality of Kavadarci in Macedonia. The project includes reconstruction and extension of the inlet channel from the water reservoir on the river Bošava up to the entry of the irrigation system; an extension of the inlet channel reaching to the MHE Bošava system; and construction of a system of five small hydro power plants. In addition, the system will provide water supply to the municipalities of Kavadarci, Rosoman and Negotino. The success of the project was party ensured thru the strong support of the local community and the state of Macedonia. Hidrobošava is the holder of a concession for the exploitation of natural resources for the next 27 years and will begin to produce electricity in the second quarter of 2015. The estimated annual production of electricity will amount to over 33 GWh, which will result in electricity sales of over 2 million euro per year.
