Client Vodafone CZ, Prague he works on Vodafone FILIP project Phase 2. Phase 1 was introduced to have Postpaid & Prepaid convergent charging into Surepay, Phase 2 is driven by implementation of business proposition in VF Filip program, it will have its software delivered to the same site(s) and installed on same machines. With the Phase 2, a Converged Corporate - Mass market rating solution is delivered. He is responsible for managing third parties deliveries (including Ericsson and Logica). Interprets and translates VF client requirements into a solution, operates as a single point of contact for the VF client as ALU Vendor Manager from beginning to the deal closure. Plans and leads the design and implementation of all activities for the IN SurePay Convergent Platform in alignment with overall business requirements.
Client Vodafone CZ, Prague lead the build of the Intelligent Network (IN) solution provided from Alcatel-Lucent (ALU Surepay) and find out related Provisioning & CDR Reporting interface agreements. An integrated Convergent Prepaid-Postpaid rating platform is delivered into a new BSS architecture for a growth TLC industry as Vodafone CZ. Work directly with the ALU development team to design and implement new marketing proposition, to test build and deploy hardware/software. As IN SME (Solution, Application & Asset Engineering) he provides functional and technical expertise to plan, analyze, define and support the delivery of Surepay capabilities. Assist in facilitating impact assessment efforts and in producing and reviewing estimates for client change requests interacting with ALU Chinese development team. He leads the System Integration Testing phase on Alcatel Lucent solution.
Client: Telecom Italia His role is to support the Telecom Italia customer for the work of Program Management of Service Offering. In this context has deepened its expertise on VoIP and in particular way in the processes of delivery and provisioning IPPBX Cisco solutions and other vendors in business area.
Client: FastWeb He was involved from the StartUP of the Accenture offer for FastWeb. The objective of Accenture was to collaborate with Fastweb to achieve the capability of Order Management, CRM and Rating Post Paid necessary for launching the new offer mobile in the MVNO business. After the first week in preparing the offering, he has been involved for High Level Design phase, in which Accenture defined the high-level functional, application and integration solution for the area in-scope. During this phase his role goes vertically on the Integration solution by using a new Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and the Business Process Management (BPM) engine based on BEA AcquaLogic solution in order to create an infrastructure of services orchestration.
Client: Poste Mobile With own old expierence on IN services, supported all the Testing phases on Intelligent Network integration. The Alcatel IN Open Service Platform enable the communication between the Vodafone Core Network Nokia MSCs (in INAP CS1 and CAP1) and external rating system (via a Diameter interface). The chain under test enable MVNO Poste Mobile to launch the PrePaid Service for voice, video call and SMS traffic. He cares on physical SS#7 configurations, analyze the INAP and CAP1 traces during testing phases, address key issues about system integration. He operates with Vodafone and Poste Mobile stakeholders for regular projects updates. During this role has been envolved in a Team for MVNO's offering. He collaborates with collegues to prepare Mediaset, PAM, Wind MVNO offers.

As employee of H3G Italia S.p.A. that has been the first UMTS operator worldwide that has launched mobile 3G services in March 2003. Worked on Alcatel Intelligent Network and Ericsson Core Network system integration. He used Camel Phase 1,2,3 signalling and Ericsson CS1+ signalling to implement this integration.

training period: implementation of a sub-system of the Core-INAP intelligent network protocol primitives, on the TEKELEC MGTS developing tool. More specifically, the main intelligent network services (televoting, free number, credit call, premium charging) were translated to the european protocol.
qualification of new releases of numeric automatic switching systems: a real-world case was examined through lab activity, using the commercial tool ITS Siemens to generate calls. A test suite for Supplementary Services on fixed network was revisioned, and the software release of the test suite was tested on a Alcatel UT 100 system.
