Personal Reflection: My time at Extraspace Storage was an overall great experience. It helped put the things I was learning at school into context. Every month I was able to set goals for my facility and strategize on ways to increase occupancy and NOI. This gave me the opportunity to develop my skills in content writing and designing. Upper management encouraged me to channel my creativity toward making print advertisements for the district. I was under the direct supervision of one store manager, but the two of us as a team were responsible for all aspects of the stores performance and had to report directly to the district manager.
Working for Buyer's Title was fun. It gave me the opportunity to take in the best of Florida in as I worked. Courier Delivered documents for recording in, Broward County, West Palm Beach, and Miami Dade Court Houses. Meeting delivery deadlines were imperative. Tax & Title Researcher As a tax and title researcher I worked with a fun and energetic team. It was a fast paced environment, but we all worked well together under the pressureResearched tax and title history on ISC, Atids, The Fund, and various County to County property appraisal and tax databases.
A great segue into the workforce. I enjoyed managing and maintaining the photolab. Developing peoples pictures and making the necessary adjustments was fun.
