This role was initially based out of Perth before relocating to Vietnam, this role required overseeing and managing the mine camp building, construction and residential sites to ensure the safety and security of the workers whilst minimizing shrinkage and theft, skills included ability to identify potential hazards, implementation of new strategies and methodologies and the execution of business development and assertive improvement relating to security response time with the creation of new policies and procedures.
