Successfully managed projects with budgets ranging from $5000 to over $900,000, and led diverse teams including internal and external ID, EE, ME, Software, and Manufacturing resources. Developed and implemented project plans, budgets and schedules. Led engineering teams, generated and developed product concepts, vetted and selected suppliers, managed verification testing, managed pilot production runs, and facilitated transition to production.
