Main functions are related to the direct management of our customer, including the services of IT Consultancy on Core Banking items, IT Solutions for bank's requirements and definition and implementation of new functionalities on the core banking solutions. The team is compound of over 140 people, giving services to more than 10 different geographies.

Responsible for the Corporate Functional Architecture areas of Banking & Savings, Customer, Commercial Products, Customer Loyalty, Cash Pooling and Pricing & Billing. My tasks include defining corporate strategy for the functional areas under my responsibility, system architecture and its roadmap, review and architecturise requirements of the banks of the group in those areas, analysis of third-party solutions, support platform integration process, etc. Active Participation in several transformation projects in UK, Germany, US, Mexico, Brazil and Spain, implementing the Corporate Core Banking Platform and other digital transformation projects.

During this period, I participated and led implementation projects of Altamira for various international clients (Greece, UK, Mexico), where I was responsible for business request collection, gap identification, solution architecture, development and adaptation of the solution for the banking and savings products and structural systems . In addition, I also took part in analytical and comparative studies for the European market of new clients, especially in the area of banking and savings and banking services. I have completed functional definitions of Retail Banking business areas, through the analysis of RFIs, configuration maps and gap estimates. Participation in the implementation of bank process reengineering according to technical solutions supported by the system, as well as studies and assessments of the best alternatives when considering a technical solution to the functional specifications of the client

As junior external Accountant assistant, I participated in audit process to different customers in various industries (distributors, manufacturers, financial institutions, etc.) and special projects, analyzing and evaluating the internal control processes and reliability of the financial statements.

Substitutions Team Member in Madrid East zone. In charge for administrative and commercial tasks within the branch - Risk, Payments, etc - and especially Foreign Trade: Receipts and Payments to abroad via SWIFT, import-export financing, management of documentary credits, discounting by non-residents , monitoring the movement of foreign exchange accounts, ... During this time and due to the different locations of the branches to which I was assigned, I was able to relate to all the banking retail banking functionality.
