I have responsibility to address the demand for the design and implementation of technical solutions of competence, in line with the evolution of the architecture and applications, ensuring the feasibility of the solutions and analysis of technical and economic impact, and ensuring government on the implementation of end-to-end solutions. Budget management to ensure the definition of the business plan and of the budget and monitoring its progress. Managing the suppliers in terms of governance, control, verifying on the whole chain, from contract definition, budget allocation, purchasing cycle, to the KPI and SLA monitoring. I worked as PMO with the responsibility to monitor the progress of projects under the IT Master Plan and to supervise the activities of release, ensuring visibility to internal customers, ensuring traceability of software releases and the subsequent planning and execution of integration and acceptance tests.
