Prepare proposals for short term and long term rental of flame ox's (10,000ppmv+), thermal oxidizers (3,000 -5,000ppmv), blower packages for chlorinated site remediation and activated carbon equipment. Prepare proposals for the sale of new remediation equipment including electric catalytic oxidizers, thermal oxidizers, carbon vessels, pump skids and blower packages. Visit job sites to trouble shoot and repair remediation equipment. David has expert knowledge in the in the use of electrical test equipment to trouble shoot and repair complicated motor control circuits, temperature feedback circuits, 0 –5 volts circuits, 4 – 20 ma circuits and 120 volt control circuits. Performed repair and upgrade work on client owned equipment to include the supply and installation of blowers, motors, pumps, temperature sensors and switches, pressure sensors and switches, 4 – 20 ma valve actuators, motor starters, etc. Design and manufacture soil vapor extraction equipment and electrical control panels. Perform field engineering work for the startup of soil vapor extraction equipment, groundwater pump an treat equipment and soil vapor extraction pilot testing.
