My business partner and friend of 27 years, Andrew Gray, decided to reduce his involvement in Conscious Solutions. It has been a relatively easy process for us to agree an MBO of Andrew’s ownership of the business. Andrew and I have grown three different companies together over that period of 27 years so this transition was obviously a big deal for us personally, but the transition has been long-planned and Andrew and I were confident that its impact on Conscious Solutions will be manageable. As the result of all this, I stepped into a full-time Managing Director role.
