Collected and analyzed the market information to help a foreign chemical company find proper warehouse used for dangerous chemicals by contacting more than 50 companies of warehousing and logistics. 2. Made ten-year strategic plan for a famous Chinese auto company. Collected and analyzed information related to new energy vehicles industry from annual reports and industry report to support consultants at Strategy&.
Took part in a project of acquisition target mapping and research from the start to final presentation, The objective is to find qualified rubber compound companies as acquisition targets for our client in 7 selected provinces. 1. Made the desktop research and telephone interviews to get a series of quoted prices of materials such as carbon black, adhesives and raw rubber from suppliers of our client. 2. Collected and analyzed the market information to determine the target companies for acquisition. I was responsible for 148 target firms in Anhui and Hubei province. 3. Confirmed 9 firms as the final targets after several rounds of analysis and comparison, and finished final research and willingness test on the companies in the final list. Showed the report in PowerPoint to our client.
