Led the delivery of new platforms whilst growing audience and doubling revenues across a radio, out of home advertising and live events business with a reach of 35m consumers with brands including Capital, Heart, Smooth, Classic FM, Radio X, LBC and DAX. I think a lot about simplification, continuous improvement and exploiting technology.
