- Created and executed a strategic plan which intentionally and strategically mobilized BIPOC, Women and Durham youth to increase overall Democratic voter turnout from the 2016 to 2020 general election by 3%, approximately 25,000 voters. - Led all 100 North Carolina counties with an 80% Democratic vote share in the 2020 Presidential race. - Through collaborative, relational efforts, ensured 87% of Durham County's precincts were organized with effective grassroots leadership. - Continuous efforts towards a truly equitable Democratic Party through the establishment of multiple caucuses; specifically the African-American, LGBTQ and LatinX caucuses. - Increased the Party's digital visibility and accessibility through social media platforms, Zoom and other digital communications platforms.
