New integrated telecommunications managed service, reducing 45% the costs and improving flexibility, mobility, scalability, and modernization. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leadership and relationship: Leading the Spain IT organization as CIO, reporting to the Local Executive Board and the Group CIO. - Strategy: Responsible for the IT strategy, including transformation, innovation and business technology value proposition alingment. - Demand management: Managing the demand requirements from the business executive strategy and different business units, delivering solutions through business valuable technology projects. - Financials: Owning the P&L by defining the fiscal year budget and contributing to the business operating plan profitability, by monitoring planned budget vs. actual costs forecasting. Delivering cost reduction levers through optimization. - Service delivery and operations: Ensure the continuous improvement, compliance and quality assurance of the IT operations, infrastructure, application, workplace, network and printing services and their supporting processes. - Ecosystem of partners: Interacting with partners on technology trends and challenges, and understand the value of their solutions. Managing the vendors relationship, SLAs and financials. - People and talent management: Leading the multidisciplinary IT resources team, sponsoring their careers development, talent, training and recognition.
