Responsibilities include overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Board Governance: Responsible for communicating with the Board and providing information necessary for the Board to function properly and to make informed decisions. 2) Financial Performance and Viability: Responsible for fundraising and other revenues necessary to support Eisenhower Center's mission. Fiscal management including operating within the approved budget, ensures maximum resource utilization, and maintenance of the organization in a positive financial position. 3) Organization Mission and Strategy: Responsible for creation and implementation of Eisenhower Center's programs strategic plan to ensure we fulfill our mission into the future. Includes enhancing image in the community and by working closely with other professional, civic and private organizations. 4) Organization Operations: Responsible for the hiring and retention of competent, qualified staff of 25 full and part-time employees.
