Installing practical metrics by which to monitor and improve our sales team's performance. Focusing on skills development, accountability and lead/sales pipeline management programs to target new customers and expand our customer base. Providing our customers bottom line cost controlling solutions with the highest quality products helps Trident Steel be one of the leaders in this industry.
