Designed and developed a unique fabrication process (patent pending). Led operations, product development, fulfillment and warehousing, manufacturing and QA with factories in China and Vietnam, and established retail and online sales and marketing strategies, and managed a robust artist development program.
Led an amazing team of product designers and user researchers to shape the global customer experience for Audible's premium service across iOS, Android, Windows, Kindle, Fire tablets, and 3rd party partners. Designed and maintained themed content destinations aimed at video gaming, music, sports, and fashion featured within a college community network called taponline.com, which was promoted in college bookstores and during campus events.
Supported in-house creative needs of multiple advanced research teams exploring video and semiconductor technologies, HDTV, and consumer VR gaming. Coordinated design and production of offset print collateral, training and instructional materials, interactive presentations, 2D/3D illustration for scientific display, and multimedia demos.
