Recruitment and management of the purchasing team (42 people) responsible for following activities: • management of new projects from purchasing perspective (calculation, supplier selection, start of serial production) • purchasing of direct materials for production (productivity from suppliers, development of supplier panel, QCD workshops) • purchasing of indirect materials, services, overheads and investments, • supplier quality assurance (audits, supplier development) Purchasing volume 360M €. Responsibility for the reaching of QCD performance. Implementation of some WCM tools at suppliers (NVAA reduction, logistics’ and quality tools, SMED, ...).
Main activities and responsibilities Recruitment and management of the commodity buyers group (5 people) responsible for following commodities: Plastic parts, plastic resin Wire harnesses, stamped items, bulb holders Packaging materials, bulbs, glass lenses, fixing elements Rubber parts, die casting, surface treatment Investments and general expenses Responsible for purchase of ECU, LED and metallised plastic parts. Buyer for plastic parts (incl. metallisation), rubber parts, surface treatment, die casting * Main activities and responsibilities Founding of the supplier panel for production of metallised plastic parts in Czech rep. and their development. Leading of the "Outsourcing project (metallised parts)" in ALCZ - production transfer of small metallised plastic parts from internal production to external suppliers with the target to free capacity in ALCZ. Sourcing of new projects for metallised plastic parts, rubber parts and die casting parts. Coordination of commodity buyers for Aftermarket area (spare parts production). Responsibility for variable cost reduction program in ALCZ plant. Organisation of the brainstorming event with the main suppliers with the target to identify and implement technical savings.

Negotiation of productivity for new projects for complete life-time (usually 3 times -3%). Negotiation with the suppliers with the aim to reach at least the target price index. Development of strategic suppliers.
