I'm currently responsible of the whole supplier base of FCA Global related to the Exterior trims & Vision commodity. The main components belonging to this commodity are: bumpers, grilles, exterior plastic trims, roof bars, spoilers, headlamps, tail lamps, glasses, wipers, black plastic, badges, fuel flaps, etc. As head of a group of 11 people in EMEA and coordinating 40 people globally I am responsible for the budget, for the supplier awarding as result of a global sourcing process for all the regions and for the benchmark activities (value analysis, competitiveness) on current products.

I was Head of a group of 8 people, with responsibility on all vehicles belonging to L0,C/D segments,Cross initiatives,Electrification segments and acting on: - New product development purchasing activity, since technical documentation availability to start of production. - Supplier changes, managing cost, timing and industrialization - Tooling analyst group support. - Supplier production capacity issues, verifying gaps between demand of each FCA EMEA plants and the best way to achieve it both with short and medium actions. - Supplier quality engineering support, strongly acting on supplier issues and development, quality standard applications - Coordination of Value optimization process

I was Head of a group of 70 people, working with responsibility on all Latam produced cars (Brazil and Argentina) and acting on: - New product development purchasing activity, since technical documentation availability to start of production. - Supplier changes, managing cost, timing and industrialization - Tooling analyst group. This group o people is made of experts on moulds and dies development, helping engineering and suppliers from concept to production of plastic and metal components. - Supplier production capacity issues, verifying gaps between demand of each FCA LATAM plants and the best way to achieve it both with short and medium terms actions. - Coordination of Supplier quality engineering, strongly acting on supplier issues and development, quality standard applications - Coordination of Value optimization process

I was responsible for purchasing of all components of the whole product portfolio of Maserati. Leading a group of 8 people main responsibilities are: - target achievement on costs (piece price, tooling, ED&D) - availability of the components for all the milestones (Avanseries and preseries phase) - financial revue (payments, delivery conditions, NPV of the program, cash flow) - quality performances of all Maserati vehicles - capaign management - supporting in the definition of all new vehicles program approval in achieving target of NPV

I was responsible for purchasing of all components of New Maserati Ghibli that has started the production on July 2013. leading a group of 3 people main responsibilities are: - target achievement on costs (piece price, tooling, ED&D) - availability of the components for all the milestones (AS and PS) - financial revue (payments, delivery conditions, NPV of the program, cash flow)

I was in charge to negotiate for the supply of components of the Fiat Punto and Alfa Romeo Mito . Leading a group of 4 people I'm responsible of procurement, negotiation on modifications, quality standards and timing of both whole projects. Beside that I'm working on a new car branded Fiat that will be launched on 2013.

Purchasing business of Fiat, Lancia e Alfa Romeo brands for Electronic processing units for engines (ECUs, sensors, spark plugs, etc.), relationships with suppliers, negotiations, writing of international contracts in collaboration with an international team from all over the world (USA, Brasil, Japan, Sweden, UK, Germany, Spain, ecc.). Achieved targets: reduction of 6% of purchasing budget.
