Design and implement total body wellness programs for clients/campers which included a detailed schedule of their daily activity and nutritional intake. Prepared all of the Organic and 80% raw meals and snacks, personally trained campers in fitness with résistance work in a full weight training gym, also did functional training outside in natural (jungle) setting running obstical courses etc., swimming in a local Olympic pool or in the ocean, did nature walks/hikes and lead many authentic Hawaiian adventures. All along the way we discuss mind set to achieve goals and any issues that may arise. Finally we talk about what the camper may do once they return to their own environment to continue on their path to Optimal Health.
