WHYZ was a boutique consulting firm that I co-founded along with two partners, providing retailers and brands with a fresh perspective and expert advice. As a women-owned retail advisory firm, we offered strategic guidance in in brand strategy, product development, omnichannel execution and operational excellence. We established the firm to address the business challenge of keeping pace with changing consumer habits and behaviors, and saw the opportunity to leverage our experience as a valuable asset. While the firm dissolved as our team transitioned to other ventures, it marked four successful years of impactful contributions.
