Digital Transformation: I am leading the digital transformation initiative for Africa at PZ Cussons and it is quite a robust and intriguing challenge which spans (1) Scaling up digital marketing impact across 3 operating units and across 3 geographies (2) Helping to embed digital as a way of thinking into key aspects of our business - from digital commerce to digitalization of products (yes very possible even at a CPG) (3) Digital capacity development Charged with adapting and also innovating for Africa from a global plan, I support cross functional teams (CAT & Brand/Brands & Activation/Channels/NPD) to deliver various dimensions of the digital transformation agenda for the business. In my role, I also lead digital agency teams in delivering on telling and effectively delivering compelling stories to the right audiences for key PZ Cussons brands across Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana.
