Market Analysis and Expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the motorsport, oil and gas, marine, and tooling industries. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to develop innovative products and solutions that meet evolving market demands.

I manage the Precision side of the company, making sure all Precision work goes through production as smoothly as possible and help the shop floor with making sure they have all Technical information and Tooling to do the job. The general Responsibilities of my role Planning projects , brainstorming , Scheduling and designation of projects to production Managers and production Planners , Communication with Customers, weekly meeting with department heads to achieve common goals and discussions on current and future projects, Managing all sub-contracting , building customer/ supplier Relations.

Started my apprenticeship with Langstone in 2012 and have grown with the company since then. During this time I have completed my HND in mechanical engineering alongside gaining my experience and knowledge within mainly the motorsport and aerospace industry.
