Analyzing access and planning country-specific initiatives to strengthen and bring to scale management operations in developing country hospitals, clinics and pharmacies in up to nine nations. Evaluating corporations with shared value interests. Identifying professional volunteers for training and mentoring local counterparts. Formed partnership with Infectious Diseases, LTD in Kampala and district teaching hospitals in Uganda (Client: Give Back Global) Evaluated the events of a major HEALTH Administrative committee for two years. Analyzed work product, meeting recommendations and public engagement. Examined large scale illness prevention, the impact of the burden of disease and care and treatment plans for country specific reports and other publications (Confidential Client: Proprietary work) Administered program to facilitate Hill briefings on reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, food security and climate change. Effort included meetings with Congressional officials and committee staffers for parliamentarians from Nigeria, Uganda, Pakistan, the Philippines and the Minister of Health from Laos. Managed grants from the Gates Foundation, the Ford Foundation and the Hewlett Foundation while directing the daily operations of D.C. office (Client: Population Resource Center) Researched content for US website that presented demographic data for each state related to HIV/AIDS to be used by policy-makers, government agencies and the public (Client: Housing Works New York) Led data gathering of 50 state surveys and conducted analysis on outpatient Medicaid prescription benefits, and interviewed 16 state Medicaid pharmacy directors. Organized document examination of 60 multi-source publications.
