Provided services to US Government, Embassies, multinational corporations, attorneys, the business community, insurance companies, energy corporations, construction companies,chemical corporations, transportation companies, pipeline companies, engineering companies, hospitals, medical and mental health facilities, and individuals. These services include security consulting and surveys, vulnerability surveys, security program evaluation, information management, design, development, and implementation of security programs, personnel and VIP protection programs, communication and video systems, government liaison, security during times of labor unrest, electronic security systems design and sales. : • Designed, implemented and managed programs for five USAID projects, six UN projects, one ADB project, one World Bank Project, India Embassy, two Japanese AID project and a number of other smaller projects with over 5000 armed security personnel. Responsibilities include protection for over 1500 KM road reconstruction projects, 100 schools and clinics, five irrigation projects. Three power plants, numerous , one hydroelectric project, personnel security, travel security, government liaison, communication systems design and implementation, emergency and medical evacuation programs, • Conducted a four-week study and developed recommendations for the inspection process of cargo moving between Israel and Palestine. • Established and managed a program for a 520-kilometer pipeline construction project in Algeria. The protection staff for the project consisted of 33 armed expatriate personnel, 500 Algerian Public Security Force personnel and 450 Algerian Civil Security personnel that provided protection for 550+ expatriates and 2500 Algerian workers at five camps. • Planned, established and monitored the security program of USAID/OTI Nigeria Activities included; risk assessment, travel and security program & policy development, emergency planning and evacuation policy,,
