The protection staff for the project consisted of 33 armed expatriate personnel, 500 Algerian Public Security Force personnel and 450 Algerian Civil Security personnel that provided protection for 550+ expatriates and 2500 Algerian workers at five camps. • Planned, established and monitored the security program of USAID/OTI Nigeria Activities included; risk assessment, travel and security program & policy development, emergency planning and evacuation policy,,
