♣ Develop and safely execute individualized, small & large group exercise plans that accommodate all fitness abilities ♣ Monitor and document client progress with quarterly fitness assessment reports ♣ Encourage independence and self-confidence in clients by helping set fitness goals and maintain fitness results ♣ Educate clients about major muscle groups and best practices to avoid injuries and soreness ♣ Direct clients to reputable resources to establish and/or enhance nutrition awareness ♣ Attend client Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings to report client progress and make fitness recommendations
