Foundation is a non-profit organization composed primarily of patients of all ages fighting fibromyalgia, lupus, and its related diseases. Description: 501c3 Nonprofit Organization General Information: FNLA will provide additional resources and assistance with how to managing their fibro & lupus,while managing the daily challenging life issues. Also share valuable information & lupus referrals to patients making sure they receive proper health care from fibro medical professionals. Additionally to develop partnerships with healthcare facilities and other community agencies. At FLNA we are committed to raising awareness, and helping patients successfully fight these debilitating disease.
