- Work closely with stakeholders to plan, develop, approve and execute local projects and campaigns - Set goals and strategy for philanthropy, sustainable giving, volunteerism and community involvement to align with core objectives and Foundation Focus Areas - Monitor the social impact of CSR programs and oversee ongoing community engagement programs - Manage environmental projects (e.g. recycling programs, energy reduction initiatives, sourcing/creating eco-friendly raw materials and finished products, etc - Ensure transparency through preparation of annual reports on ongoing partnerships and sustainability and share with key stakeholders - Collaborate with Public Relations and Internal Communications team to drive internal and external recognition - Advise on actioning a corporate's social responsibility strategy through campaign creation and volunteer engagement programs - Evaluate research concerning local and global CSR laws and UN SDGs, market conditions and competitor data - Handle event planning, execution and task management. Handle onsite branding and visibility for corporate events - Represent the company with key external organizations, donors, local NGOs, and relevant government entities to build company reputation -Write award applications for business excellence and oversee grant application processes
