Main job function involves • To help in devising the organic reactions to get pharmacophores which are still existing • To design new molecules similar to the pharmacophore of the active compound • To conduct SAR studies on the NCEs and existing pharmacophores • To find out convenient synthetic methods to synthesize intermediates of NCEs from literature survey • To synthesize new chemical entities by available methods or latest technologies • To conduct characterization studies with the help of spectrophotometery • To prepare documents of the lab procedure to be submitted to collaborative R & D lab of MNCs in the format prescribed
Zyfine (A fine chemical division of Zydus) is involved in the business of Custom Synthesis, Pharma intermediates and APIs.
