Design: - Heat load calculation, Selection of A/C systems and equipment, Duct design, C.W. pipe Design, Hydraulic calculation to design & calculate pumps head, Air outlet sizing, Selection of control components, Control Philosophy/Description of Operation, Building Management System. Estimation: - Study of contract documents, Quantity Take-off, Issue of requisition forms for Quotation, Evaluation of material and labor cost, Evaluation of engineering and supervision cost. Site Engineering, Execution & Supervision: -  Chilled water Pumps head calculation, selection and equipment material submittal.  HVAC equipment selection (Based on load calculation) and submittal.  Material quantity take off and submittals (As per Project’s specifications).  BMS coordination, shop drawing preparation and submittal.  HVAC shop drawings preparation and submittal.  Follow up of material order and delivery with suppliers.  Supervision of HVAC and BMS works on site, while coordinating and cooperating with Civil and MEP trades.  Payments claim based on HVAC works progress and breakdown.  HVAC systems TAB and commissioning.  Preparing closeout documents with complete project history logs, preventive maintenance schedule & complete follow-up with maintenance team after completion of project within contract period. Variation works:  HVAC system design for new buildings in the project based on ASHRAE standards, project’s specifications and client requirements. Cooling load calculation, duct and pipe sizing, Chilled water pumps flow and head estimation based on cooling load calculation.  HVAC tender drawings based on HVAC design.  Quantity take-off based on HVAC design and tender drawings.  BOQ preparation based on project’s specifications and quantity take-off.  Design concept and BOQ discussion with the consultant.
