• Taking a lead in all digital as well as 360 clients’ marketing advertising strategies by producing sophisticated multi-channel communications campaigns that best deliver against Client’s business challenge. • Having the overview as well as the ownership on all clients’ projects at all time by looking ahead to anticipate issues and opportunities. • Demonstrating a sound strategic understanding and insight into Client’s business, its competitors, the broader category and its consumers in order to present solid strategic thinking with clarity. • Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis to develop relationships based on partnership. • Leading and managing a team of 2 Account Managers with their daily running projects to provide the utmost level of client service. • Co-operating with Creative, Development and Production Team to deliver campaigns on brief, on time and on budget. • Contributing in the development of creative communication ideas and deliverables. • Building clients’ Digital & Social Media Strategy (on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) by creating content, defining specific KPIs, implementing advertising campaigns, allocating budget, monitoring and analysing performance data. • Leading digital projects (Websites/Microsites Building) by also involving in integrated communication strategy (Display/Mobile Ads, Social Media, Programmatic, Native ads, SEM, Influence Marketing etc.). • Evaluating the ROI/ effectiveness of marketing activities based on the client’s business goals. • Preparing Budget Plans in terms of Production and Media Costs Allocation as well as Annual Forecasts. • Contributing to good financial management of the business, improving profitability and maximizing revenue.
