Counsels employers on complying with federal, state and local employment laws, audits HR policies and employee handbooks, conducts equal pay audits, HR training and harassment and discrimination investigations. Conducts confidential workplace investigations for harassment, discrimination, retaliation and whistleblower complaints. Litigates wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower and retaliation claims in federal and state courts and before various administrative agencies on behalf of employers. Prepares and negotiates employment-related agreements including confidentiality, non-competition and separation agreements.
