Program Planning and Scoping o Undertake and support periodic awareness campaigns in targeted villages/ locations among the targeted communities about the project o Undertake community consultation to define benefit of ICS and developing awareness o Identify, train and handhold field officers and community resource person, who can provide community level support in the context of adopting ICS Make regular visits to project location to engage with household members and undertake need-based joint counselling sessions o Assist in organising cooking camp o Undertake market survey/ scoping study to find employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for target girls / women Developing and Managing Stakeholder Linkages o Organise meeting and link up with prospective stakeholders around ICS and regular follow up with them o Support and operationalise all scheduled training programme for the community/SHG o Support and operationalised training for SHE champion and SHE technician o Organise interface meetings between ICS value chain actors and community o Facilitating community/SHGs in purchase right ICS o Facilitate training sessions for SHE-Technicians on ICS O&M by ICS manufacturers o Organise related stakeholders visit to project location o Build rapport with the stakeholders for the benefit of the project o Play a facilitative role in working with the consultants for accomplishment of the relevant activities (need assessment, baseline & end line) with required quality and timeline o Ensuring optimal utilization of the resources assigned for the implementation of the project o Exploring possibilities for sustainability of project activities Program Monitoring and Evaluation o Supervise and extend support in accomplishment of plans by project team without negotiating on agreed time, quality and quantity
