Main responsibilities: • Freight forwarding. o Operational management of the departments - international freight forwarding, domestic freight forwarding, air & sea, customs clearance. o Standardization and formalization of business processes – preparation and implementation of SOP, operational manuals, etc. o Preparation of contracts and negotiating the contract terms both with hauliers, and customers. o Insurance and claim management. • Warehouse logistics. o Launch of the new Class-A warehouse in Moscow and Class B/C warehouses in regions – Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and St.Petersburg o Lease contract terms negotiations with developers and landlords. o Warehouse layout development. o Tender management for supply of warehouse equipment and racking system. o Descriptions of the warehouse operations and procedures for the WMS development and implementation. o Operational management of warehouse customer service department. • Contract logistics: o Preparation and implementation of complex logistics solutions: purchasing + international transportation + import customs clearance + warehouse handling + distribution. • Budgeting, P&L. Additional duties: Head of Moscow representative office of DACHSER GmbH & Co KG, with accreditation at Chamber of Commerce of RF.
