Inventory turnover increased from 10 to 15 times a year. Illiquid reserves were reduced by 35% due to controllability and implementation of processes. OOS reduced from 9% to 1.5%. The cost price was reduced by 23% due to annual negotiations with suppliers. Reduced Lead Time from 1.5 months up to 0.8 mths.
