My clients gain the CLARITY they need to communicate and engage their audience, teams and stakeholders. My clients shift from talking about what they do to talking about what they stand for. They lead the conversation. They become THOUGHT LEADERS. Thought Leadership allows my clients to realize the financial and impact goals they envision. WHO I WORK WITH & HOW: - ENTREPRENEURS, AUTHORS & SPEAKERS: In early and mid stage growth that are ready to turn up the volume - become visible and realize exponential growth. I guide them to a TEDx stage and other stages that give them the credibility they seek to grow. We build and launch membership and one to many business models that allow them to leverage their time & resources. - Corporate Leadership: I work with Direcots and C- Level Executives. My clients are looking to shift the way they communicate both internally and externally and incorporate effective public speaking skills to advance their career. WHY I DO IT: I believe in people and IDEAS and I know that lack of CLARITY in communication, planning, and execution is what comes between great IDEAS and the IMPACT these ideas can have in the world. As a Coach, I believe in aligning my clients, with what makes them flow with the strategy that the project/company needs. I bring to the table my academic business background, entrepreneurship experience, my skills as a TEDx Organizer (largest TEDx in the East Coast) & my training as an Executive Coach. I align the person, to their message and the action.
