As CTO and Founder of EDA Technologies, I have built, managed, and grown three separate companies focused on three key areas: • Cloud service hosting • Cellular services including MDM • Security/Privacy for mobile telephony, email, and messaging; with a focus on Android and Blackberry I determine distinct needs in IT and Security and, in addition, provide education and awareness of, as well as response tactics to, key problems faced by these industries. Identifying trending technology, as well as changing social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business, I consult on, build, and provide key business and technical platforms for the delivery of more effective company solutions. I provide strategic growth planning – communicating both the overall technology strategy and the strategy for each technology venture to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders. I enable the development and execution of enterprise-wide information security plan – ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. I have also designed, developed, and implemented an organization-wide Disaster Recovery Plan.

As the CEO and Founder of Secure Group, it is my responsibility to ensure that each of our consumers and partners is provided a tailored solution guaranteeing the privacy of their communication and the security of their data. In order to deliver on this responsibility, it is vital that I work closely with each of my teams. First and foremost, close collaboration ensures we successfully analyze and meet business needs, as well as identify any technological and industry gaps. As part of our Strategy 2020, I am currently overseeing the implementation of a long-term, multifaceted roadmap to maintain Secure Group’s position at the forefront of encrypted communications providers. This includes not only the development of a comprehensive company strategy, but communicating it to management, staff, partners, and customers – providing each stakeholder transparency and better positioning us to achieve our short and long-term goals. It also involves developing and managing the product portfolio, including the overall business and marketing strategy, as well as close coordination with suppliers, distributors, and each of my teams. Importantly, I work in concert with my dev teams – overseeing the development of a host of robust mobile application solutions and the back-end configurations. I take an active, hands-on approach to the latest technology, including implementing and integrating the latest tools to track progress, measure success, pinpoint areas for improvement, enable effective cross-team functionality and communication, and streamline data-driven business and process development. Fundamentally, I regularly conduct in-depth research on security and encryption protocols to ensure we are kept abreast of both current trends and new developments.
