We specialize in real estate development strategy that improves communities- affordable (attainable, mixed use) housing, community engagement, public-private partnerships, and sustainable projects. We connect with communities, compile land assemblies, strategize and source funding, and develop key partnerships for project success. We also launched the Equitable Developers cohort to create a space for diverse developers to develop and understanding of, and passion for, creating thriving communities- especially affordable housing. It’s a space for them to lean and make deals.
