ACPI is a National supplier of cabinetry marketing under the "Echelon" brand to Home Builders, Distributors, & Dealers and the "Advanta" brand to the multi-family new construction and renovation segments. As Director of Product Management, I am responsible for leading all aspects of the company's product direction by fostering innovation, prioritizing product initiatives, & coordinating the evaluation, deployment, & management of current & future products across the organization. Recent Accomplishments: * Developed & launched one of the largest new product launches in recent company history in Fall 2015. The new products included 4 new finishes with premium glaze accents, 4 new door wood styles, & over 100 new cabinet SKU's * Developed & launched (from scratch) a complete new frameless cabinetry line called "Studio Full Access" that included 12 new Thermofused laminate finishes, 3 new door styles, & over 600 new cabinet SKU's. * Conducted primary & secondary market research to validate new products. * Collaborated with MarCom to develop all supporting collateral materials for all new products. * Supported the new product launches by delivering sales presentations to major customers, architects, interior designers, & owner developers * Developed product management best practices by establishing a 6-stage gate NPD Process to provide rigor & discipline in the develop process. Collaborated with IT to establish an online SPA (Special Product Approval) Process & managed over 150 new product requests. * Managed the company's Green Marketing program including LEED compliance and marketing promotion through interface with trade associations, architects, interior designers, & owner/developers, * Project Managed (Design, Selection, Logistics, Merchandising) ACPI's participation in the 2015 GreenBuild Trade Show. New "Studio Full Access" line was featured in 5 separate rooms of the 1,600 sq. ft. "Concept Home"
