> As a member of Amazon's Global Real Estate and Facilities - Americas (AMER) team, I provide oversight of all Amazon corporate office real estate, facilities and property portfolio activity across Canada. As well as oversight of all of Amazon's regional corporate real estate and facilities operations, I also closely partner with strategic portfolio planning, transaction management, design, construction and project management teams while operating on both strategic and tactical levels as a senior leader and as an internal ambassador, educator, analyst, solutions architect and implementor in creating, building, delivering and enabling Amazon's unique, innovative, sustainable, multi-national and diverse and inclusive corporate workplace environments.

> In my role as Vice President of Infrastructure & Business Services with the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER), and as a member of the AER's Executive Corporate Committee and Corporate Services Leadership Team, my role was broadly accountable for corporate infrastructure throughout the Province of Alberta (Canada) and a range of related enabling corporate support services. Specifically, in my role I lead and oversee the branch strategic and operational planning, establishment of effective and efficient execution of strategic and operational objectives, continuous improvement, innovation and enterprise alignment of the business groups I lead which include corporate real estate and workplace services, procurement, fleet, corporate security, business continuity and risk management insurance that support the global functions of the AER in meeting its strategic mandate throughout the Province of Alberta. My role supports and develops enterprise-wide and branch strategies in collaboration with the Executive Corporate Committee and Executive Leadership Team and to champion strategic delivery, innovation, high performance and service excellence in supporting the AER in a rapidly evolving multi-stakeholder business environment.

> In this role, I provided leadership, management and stakeholder relations for the Corporate Asset Management team consisting of 35 staff in the ownership, administration, operation, and development of portfolio of 180 municipal facilities (totaling 1.4 million square feet), administrative support services as well as the municipal fleet consisting of 900 vehicles. >Developed and implemented short- and long-term department goals and objectives in alignment with corporate goals and objectives. > Engaged and empowered team members towards the department vision and business plan through effective leadership, coaching and mentorship. >Provided strategic direction and communication to the Executive team, City Council and various Council Committees on strategic initiatives and direction. >Spearheaded and advocated for strategic projects by providing objective and analytical fact based advice (e.g. CNG, strategic facilities planning) >Responsible for the overall scope and direction of capital project management for all municipal facilities, administrative and fleet services >Lead implementation of shared service model of service and project delivery including designing, negotiating and implementing service level agreements, creating performance indicators and reporting on performance levels. >Collaboration with customer departments as a trusted business partner and advisor to provide expert advice and analysis on their business requirements and various strategies to support their particular business interests. >Developed and oversee a $15 million dollar operating budget and $55 million capital budget (2013). >Engaged in talent management and succession planning strategies to ensure depth of talent. >Ensured that environmental and safety procedures, equipment, training and Incident Command, Emergency Response Management and Business Continuity Plans were current, compliant and ready-state.
