Motivate private healthcare providers to practice evidence-based medicine in the management of their TB suspects and patients.Manage day-to-day operations of the project and report progress and problems to the Project Director on a regular basis as stated or redefined Troubleshoot any implementation problems with internal or external persons, offices or organisations to ensure timely completion of activities.Coordinate project activities with District and State-level RNTCP officials, Government authorities, partners and other organisations implementing TB activities.Represent IMA within local, state and, if required, national technical working groups and in meetings with other donors, partners and government officials as assigned.
