Sealeze domestically manufactured precision brush products used in a wide array of industrial sealing, shielding, positioning, cleaning, and electrical conductivity applications. Sealeze primarily served the computer data center, transportation, defense, power generation, off-highway equipment, material handling, and construction industries. In addition to P&L responsibility, I led the organization in the following areas: ● Direct management of Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, and Design Engineering staff. >> Drove average monthly EBITDA from 22% to 34% over a 7-month period. ● Redefined the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to maximize productivity. ● Evaluated and revised marketing strategy to align with target customer base. ● Oversaw the redevelopment of four business websites including two e-commerce platforms. ● Participated in the ISO certification process by serving as an internal auditor. Sealeze was consolidated into the Osborn Group in 2016.
In this role I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the two Milsco Manufacturing facilities in Redgranite, Wisconsin. Together these plants generated more than $55-million annual revenue on 100,000-square feet of production floor. These plants were ISO 9001 Certified and served more than 100 major OEMs including John Deere, Caterpillar, Harley-Davidson, Polaris Industries, Volvo Construction, Toro, Bombardier, and many more. Core responsibilities included: ● Led the Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, Materials, and Lean Managers; Dotted line manager for Plant Controller. ● Provided strategic change leadership by providing perspective required to make a cultural shift. ● Accelerated CI initiatives by focusing on Lean manufacturing fundamentals. ● Authored expense requests & develop return on investment analysis for capital spending. ● Assisted with operational and cultural changes at other corporate facilities.

Kohler Corporation Engine Division is an organization with over 85 years in the power generation and utility engine industry. While with Kohler Engine, I supported vibration and acoustic test and development of prototype engines, engine sub-systems, and vibro-acoustic control equipment. I also provided application-specific engineering support for OEM customers of Kohler Engines.
