IT BA in the project of platform migration - Profession: Analyze current application/system in the old platform and create the SRS document for the “to-be” application/system in the target platform. The work includes, but is not limited to: * Reverse engineering with source code comprehension and interpretation; * Requirement elicitation from end-users and other stakeholders; * Prototype verification and showcase to the end-users; * Impact analyzation and valuation for more advanced solution such as application integration and merger. - Management: * Plan, estimate & monitor the personal work tasks, milestones and deliverables using Microsoft Project; * Have experiences in monitoring the progress of documentation process for the group project of maximum 12 members with the practice of daily stand-ups and using Microsoft Project; Key member in the general BA team - Work with seniors to create the template (Estimation template) and the knowledge base for the team. - Lead of a 5-member team; support in daily tasks; review req. documents; carry out mentoring and hold weekly catch-ups with members for sharing. - Achievement: + Honored as “Rookie of The Year 2020” (January 2021, department level) after five months of working. BA team size: 100 members. + Honored as one of "The Best Performer 2021" (January 2022, Fsoft HN level). Tool Usage - Comfortable with using Office365 applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, Projects, Sharepoint Online). - Experienced in using mock-ups and diagrams creating softwares: Microsoft Visio, Balsamiq. - Reverse engineering support software for source code reading: Notepad++ - Management support tools: Microsoft Project, Trello, Microsoft Planners, Confluence, Jira. Education: 3/6 courses of Google Professional Project Management Certificate on Coursera (in progress).
