I’m Ebi (it rhymes with Baby, Maybe). As a Leadership Speaker and Author, I focus on helping high-performing women and professionals strengthen their identity, build self-worth, and lead with alignment rather than approval. My work centres on one powerful truth: sustainable leadership begins within. When individuals understand who they are beyond pressure, expectations, and performance metrics, they lead with clarity, confidence, and influence. Through keynote talks, curated leadership experiences, and transformational conversations, I create spaces where audiences can confront limiting narratives, reclaim their voice, and build habits that support both personal and professional growth. This is not about surface motivation. It’s about internal alignment, courageous self-leadership, and practical shifts that can be applied immediately. My mission is to help leaders move from external validation to internal congruence, and from silent self-doubt to bold, intentional influence.
