- Working on establishing 3 new funds including Private and Public Equity Fund, Money market Fund. - Arranged and prepared all required documents such as Fund structure, appointing custodian, auditor, legal and sharia consultants, and prepared T&C, submitting to CMA and securing its approval, preparing marketing materials, fund raising and launching. - Effectively engaged and communicated internally with risk, compliance, operations, and sales teams, and externally with auditors, valuators, and other service providers throughout the investment process. - Execute the trades as confirmed by the fund manager. - Submitting to subscriptions IPOs/ Rump Offering Bid form. - Preparing the pitch books for potential clients. - Updating Funds information on IFSAH. Other Responsibilities: Clients’ Agreements Each DPM Client must have the following documents signed: • An investment account opening agreement. • DPM Agreement. • Authorization Letter to the custodian and broker. • Signature Form. • FATCA Certification. • Engaged in process (KYC) and assigning client risk rating and worked closely with compliance team to insure complying with CMA’s regulations
