• Lead Asia Pacific & South Africa (APA) Sourcing Commodity Strategy Development, Implementation and Communication Develop & execute supply base/commodity strategies and support Global Commodity Business Plan • Develop key / important strategic suppliers to support APA better plan (i.e. localization and bringing Global Footprint to APA) • Participate, report-out and contribute in weekly global approvals like Global Commodity Team (GCT) ,Global Council Steering Teams (GCST) & Global Commodity Business Plan (GCBP) • Develops and execute negotiation strategies to deliver sourcing targets and yearly cost reduction targets on time via direct supplier negotiations • Communicate strategies with APA Country teams • Negotiate and achieve YOY cost reductions through development & utilization of analytical tools to deliver Best-In-Class pricing (Cost Models, Benchmarking, Market Intelligence). Lead negotiations with regional suppliers and represent APA in global negotiations with management support. • Source multiple programs in support of program timing, and manage sourcing & commercial program agreements in accordance with Global commodity business plans, Aligned Business Framework, Minority Business Enterprise/Women Business Enterprise principles with management support. • Support vehicle launches and capacity enhancement activities • Support Supplier Technical Assistance (STA) to achieve quality targets including obtaining Q1 status for new supplier sites

Commodities handled; • Body Exterior (Glasses, Wipers, Lamps, Washer Systems, Seals) • Chassis (Tires, wheels, Coil Springs, Shock absorbers, Stab bars, bearings) • Electrical wiring Duties and Responsibilities: • Source Parts on a timely basis to ensure program launch dates are protected • Communicate Ford quality, cost, technology & delivery expectations to suppliers • Encourage Suppliers commitment to continuous improvement and encourage the implementation of process changes to continually improve quality and reduce cost • Ensure parts are available to support all production builds and program launch dates • Facilitate resolution of quality and delivery problems • Monitor supplier performance and provide support and guidance as required • Ensure Ford confidentiality and ethical conduct requriements are met • Prepare/Issue Purchase Order and Tooling Orders • Coordinate Payment • Negotiate Prices & Contracts with Suppliers

Duties and Responsibilities: • Source Parts on a timely basis to ensure program launch dates are protected • Evaluate Supplier Costs to source the most competitive supplier • Perform benchmarking activities such as market tests to create/maintain a world-class supply base • Communicate Ford quality, cost, technology & delivery expectations to suppliers • Encourage Suppliers commitment to continuous improvement and encourage the implementation of process changes to continually improve quality and reduce cost • Ensure parts are available to support all production builds and program launch dates • Facilitate resolution of quality and delivery problems • Negotiate price reductions in support of corporate objectives • Monitor supplier performance and provide support and guidance as required • Ensure Ford confidentiality and ethical conduct requriements are met • Review additional parts for localization (Stretch Parts) • Prepare/Issue Purchase Order and Tooling Orders • Coordinate Payment • Negotiate Prices & Contracts with Suppliers • Represent Purchasing on various customer teams Special Asssignments: • Certified Internal Environmental Management System (EMS) auditor. Responsible for quarterly reporting in Environmental Operating System (EOS) Survey for Purchasing and annual EMS audit in assigned area. Also responsible for tracking audit finding and ensure closure of issues within specific timeline. • Assigned in Thailand from August 2011 to Dec 2012as WIPS (Worldwide Integrated Purchasing System) SME (subject matter expert) training new Purchasing Buyers on WIPS system and assisting on daily jobs guiding them on Ford Policies and Procedure

Duties and Responsibilities: • Create Preventive Maintenance Program for equipments at Engine plant on MAXIMO database. • Ensure that PM on each equipment is conducted. Monthly generation of the PM procedures at MAXIMO TEM database and ensure that work order is closed based on schedule. This also includes tracking of the PM activities on tracking matrix and rescheduling of the PM if necessary. • Ensure that all findings on the PM are closed • Closely monitor all spare parts requisition and ensure that all parts delivered within the specified time • Review all job request order monitor the execution schedule • Analyze equipment breakdowns to prevent problem recurrence • Prepare inspection checklist and job plans for new equipment • Update equipment masterlist at PCON database • Updating of electrical diagrams of the area to properly plan additional loads • Manage monthly maintenance expense • Prepare annual budget costs for Engine ( F&T) and prioritize projects • Process, evaluate and analyze project. • Plan/design projects or improvements for Engine • Project management and contractor service support • Attend to cross functional needs of the other support groups for Engine area • Promote energy reduction initiatives and its implementation for Engine plant Area • Ensure all equipment and tools requiring calibration certificates are calibrated yearly Special Asssignments: • Coordinate issues to suppliers regarding warranty claim specially with overseas suppliers • Create Work order for all engine plant equipments. Since the plant just started the operation end of 2007, Preventive maintenance system was not yet established using Maximo database • Set up spare parts for all equipments at Engine plant. Based on the recommended spare parts list provided by most of the suppliers, consumable and critical items are selected. • Manage all equipment drawings and back up • Six Sigma Black belt coordinator/ coach for Plant Engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead maintenance activities at Paintshop Area • Implement Manufacturing Line Improvement Projects for safety and process improvement. • Troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulic and PLC system. • Monitor and maintains equipment history record • Monitor stock level of equipment spare parts • Develop skills versatility by way of job rotation in each process • Schedule Preventive and corrective maintenance activities in Paintshop • Lead in equipment troubleshooting in cases of failure • Analyze equipment breakdowns to prevent problem recurrence • Training of partners to increase their level of technical knowledge. Designing a training plan depending on partners need. • Attend cross functional meeting to address issues relating to equipment • Provide DMAIC, 8D, or improvement reports on Top equipment breakdowns

Duties and Responsibilities: Utilities • Operate,Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot/repair o the ff. - Compressor System ( 2 water cooled, 2 air cooled oil free ) - Deepwell pump - Domestic pumps and Automatic filter with hypo chlorinator - Generator set - Diesel Fire pump and Jockey pump - Substations including transformer yard - High and Low voltage Switch Gears - Biological Waste Water Plant - Chemical Waste Water Plant - Demineralised water Plant Paintshop: • Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot/repair o the ff. - Conveyor system - Oven and Burners - Motors and Pumps - High Pressure Washer - Automatic Overhead Carriers - Hydraulic Lifters - Pneumatic Pumps and motors used in paint circulation - Electro coating system with Ultrafiltration - Phosphating system with clarifier - Heat exchangers - Air supply and exhaust sytems • Repair and maintain the ff. tools - Rotary Sanders - Polishers - Spray Gun (gravity type, conventional and electrostatic) • Conduct weekly oven temperature curve measurement and analyze readings to make necessary adjustments • Make improvements on the machine using PLC diagrams • Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual predictive maintenance using testing tools like insulation tester, vibration meter, thermal cam, infrared tester and clamp meter. • Prepare and undertakes equipment and system improvements plans to enhance efficiency • Troubleshoots and analyze equipment breakdowns to prevent problem recurrence • Support in closing safety issues to improve shop floor work area • Monitor stock level of equipment spare parts • Monitor and maintain equipment spare parts
