Supply Chain Management • Leading a team of Buyers • Leading and drive DMP Order Management (Kan Ban / BPA) to support build plan. • Perform periodic Kan Ban cards audit to ensure no potential line down situation. • Developing standard work for my team to maintain bin size to keep inventory low • Heavily involved with suppliers in their Finish Goods level (PCBAs, Electrical and Mechanical parts) • Quarterly reviewing on E&O to propose scraps • Work closely with Finance department to ensure all invoice, pricing and standard cost discrepancies are cleared within a timely manner • Managing Supplier Performance Tracking and Management Operations Support • Work closely with internal Production/Planners & external Suppliers to ensure meeting customer OTD • Drive for problem resolutions to issues that will impact manufacturing quality and performance against schedules • Manage product inventory level, committing and delivering inventory reduction targets; • Maintain the data integrity in oracle system Engineering Support • Ensuring all ECO/ECN/PCA planning and procurement functions as carried out as required • Support the transition to manufacturing site in Singapore through engineering changes, and planning and procurement functions New Project Support • Main Interface with Project Managers/Engineers as the primary contact between vendors and product development. • Work closely with Project Team such as Project Managers, project buyers etc, to proactively plan and manage long lead components and initiate risk buys to meet project dates to enable faster time to market of new designs • Ensure the timely supply of all parts to support new pilot builds. • Participate in supplier development activities to improve overall product quality, services and cost reduction • Heavily involved in Project transfer from overseas to ensure smooth transition • Lead a cross-functional team involved in project
