We also provide them the techniques how to deliver the issues on layman's term to help our customers problem to be solve. We also provide tech updates for our technical support agents with wide open conversations how they handle our customers question and what to reply if the issues are beyond their expertise, from there as a training specialist we were able to assist/teach our tech support agent to handle our customers' problem properly. Being a training specialist it's a privilege that you will be able to teach some people at the same time you let your self updated and on track in terms of technical knowledge from time to time
