Integration of Bitrix24 for payments controlling approval routes - Participated in closing of the investment round (C) amounted to USD 30+ mln. Passed the finance and operational due diligence (carried by Big 4 DD consultant). No indemnities related to financial DD were included in SSA - Participated in M&A deal for acquiring of the new entities, incl. coordination of target due diligence
