EFD Induction provides industrial induction heating processes in defined maket segments around the world. It is one of the world's largest industrial induction equipment makers, with sales and service companies, manufacturing plants, workshops and product development centres in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Main responsibilities: • Research and identify potential suppliers capable of supplying (custom) equipment and services required and new projects development; • Conduct sourcing, bid evaluation, selection and procurement of materials and services required; • Prepare purchase orders in ERP system, get required approvals and issue purchase orders to suppliers; • Perform evaluation and pre-qualification of potential suppliers including researching historical performance and financial strength and validate supplier references through contact with previous customers; • Manage inventory levels of the assigned product groups; • Balance avoidance of any production interruptions and inventory targets; • Analyze systems generated data on proposed ordering quantities; • Align the proposal with additional data provided, personal assessment and expertise, placing appropriate orders on the external vendors; • Follow up receipt, process related paperwork and payment to the vendors; • Ensure timely updating of ERP system

Main responsabilities: Purchase of goods and services for my area of responsibility : packaging , consumables , fleet management, telecommunication, IT , marketing, general services • Sending orders to suppliers , tracking deliveries • Manage the database of suppliers and products in SAP management system . • Preparing documents and commercial contracts • Negotiating contractual terms ( price , delivery time , payment terms ) • Activity reports at the end of every month • Audit to suppliers • Maintaining good relationships with internal customers - all other departments

Main responsabilities: • The acquisition of goods and services: products for resale ( metal profiles , screws, wool / wool , ceilings , metal accessories ) , general services • Sending orders to suppliers , based on a purchase order approved • POs follow up in order to ensure that all the contractual conditions are respected • claims – sending to suppliers and follow up until resolution • Preparation of monthly reports : cars , mobile , products for resale • Fleet management (60 cars) • Database management with suppliers and items in the management system JD Edwards
