AVS ranged from Business Class Service, Priority Visa Service, Mobile Clinics and a number of others. Utilised local and regional market knowledge and further research leading to a significant increase in revenue within the Euro-Med region. In collaboration with Finance, Process and Operations departments, prepared detailed cost-benefit analysis for the roll-out of AVS services across the Euro-Med region. Developed the methodology and provided training and support of new services to VAC Managers and Staff of the UK and Australian Visa Application Centres in several Euro-Med countries. Analyzed and monitored monthly sales reports for each Visa Centre and explored new methods to increase revenue while reducing costs. Identified problems, provided solutions and coordinate their implementation with the operations team of each Centre. Met with suppliers and partners of the relevant Euro-Med VACs and negotiated favorable terms that resulted in further cost savings.
